Muffins For A Crowd - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
5 tsp. soda
5 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. salt
1 (20 oz.) box Raisin Bran
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. oil or melted shortening
Preparation

Sift and measure flour.
Sift the flour again with the soda, cinnamon and salt; stir in the raisin bran and sugar.
Add the eggs, buttermilk and oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until well blended.
Line muffin tins with liners or grease well.
Fill 2/3 full and bake at 400\u00b0
for 20 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.
Keeps well in refrigerator and freezes well either before baking or baked.
