Pea Pickin' Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice
    1 (12 oz.) carton whipped topping
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Preparation
    Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, oranges and juice.
    Mix well. Divide into 2 greased layer pans.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Spread on cooled cakes.
    Chill 1 hour before serving. Keep chilled.
