Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. medium mushrooms
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) crumbled Kraft natural Blue cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 tsp. red cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Remove stems from tops of mushrooms, chop enough to measure 1/2 cup.
    Cook half of mushroom caps in 3 tablespoons margarine over medium heat for 5 minutes, drain.
    Repeat with remaining mushrooms and margarine.
    Combine cheeses, mixing until well blended.
    Stir in chopped stems and onions, fill mushrooms.
    Place on cookie sheet, broil until golden brown.
    Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
