Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. celery
    1 c. carrots
    2 1/2 c. potatoes
    1 pkg. broccoli and cauliflower
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1 to 2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook first five ingredients about 20 minutes. Add broccoli and cauliflower. Cook until tender. Add sliced or cubed cheese and soup. Let cheese melt, stirring occasionally. Serves 4 easily. Can also add zucchini or green beans.
