Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. cake flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. fresh raw apples, cut fine
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix together eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
Sift together flour, soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Add apples.
Mix well and add pecans.
Bake in moderate oven about 350\u00b0 until done.
This makes a large cake.
