Schnitzel Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon or 1/4 lb. cubed ham
3 medium onions, sliced to make rings
1 qt. green beans, cut up
2 c. tomatoes
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Dice bacon or ham and fry crisp.
Add onion and brown.
Add beans and brown slightly.
Add tomatoes and water.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until beans are tender. Makes 4 servings.
