Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 slices bread
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk (skim okay)
    1 Tbsp. hot mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. pkg. tube pork sausage (turkey is okay), browned and drained
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/3 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
Preparation
    Tear bread into small pieces into 9 x 13-inch greased pan. In medium bowl, beat eggs; add milk and spices.
    Stir and pour over bread.
    Sprinkle sausage over top.
    Cover with grated or chopped cheese.
    Sprinkle with stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Can make night before, refrigerate and bake in the morning.
