Meat Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. hot roll mix
    1 lb. ground beef (chuck, not round)
    1 small onion
    salt and pepper
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly meat, onion and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle lemon juice over meat and let stand while rolling out dough.
    (Follow instructions on box for pizza.)
    Roll out and cut with a glass (size of biscuits), then roll biscuits real thin. Fill center with meat mixture (size of a walnut), then pinch 3 corners, leaving center open.
    Bake in hot oven until dough is golden brown.
