Oriental Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head medium cabbage
12 oz. bean sprouts
2 c. fresh mushrooms
2 c. green onions
1/2 c. sliced almonds
2 Tbsp. sesame seed
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
3 oz. chicken Ramen noodles
1/2 pkg. chow mein noodles
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 to 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. m.s.g.
seasoning pkg. from noodles (optional)
Preparation

Toast almonds and sesame seed in pan at 350\u00b0.
Mix together shredded cabbage, bean sprouts, sliced mushrooms and chopped green onions in bowl.
Combine almonds, sesame seed, sunflower seeds, crushed Ramen noodles and chow mein noodles in bowl.
