Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken, cut into 8 pieces or 8 skinned and boned chicken breasts
    1 each: green, yellow and red bell pepper, cut into rings or strips
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 large can Prego tomato sauce
Preparation
    In frying pan, brown chicken in a little olive oil and place in shallow baking dish.
    Saute peppers, mushrooms (sliced) and garlic in same skillet just until limp.
    Spread evenly over chicken.
    Pour tomato sauce over all.
    Bake, lightly covered, for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serve with pasta and good bread for cleaning your plate.
