Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb of mushrooms
2 T chopped onion
1 T butter
1 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1 T sherry
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
Preparation
-
Wash and stem mushrooms.
Chop stems and place in frying pan with butter.
Add onion, salt and pepper and saute.
Add sherry and whipping cream and stir until mixture is thick.
