Sugar Cookies(3 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Jiffy baking mix
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
5 level Tbsp. soft shortening or oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a baking sheet.
Combine all ingredients.
Beat vigorously until well blended.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Remove cookies and sprinkle lightly with sugar.
