Microwave Broccoli-Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

1 single serving size envelope instant cream of chicken soup mix
1/3 c. milk
dash of ground nutmeg (optional)
3 c. loose-pack frozen broccoli and cauliflower
1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. crushed Ritz crackers
1/8 tsp. paprika (optional)
Preparation

In a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole dish, combine soup mix, milk and if desired, nutmeg.
Stir in vegetables and cheese. Cover and cook on 100% power for 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Stir and sprinkle with crackers and if desired, paprika before serving.
