Crisp Diet Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed
    dash of paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix
    salt,
    pepper
    and\tpaprika with crushed cereal.
    Dip chicken
    in
    skim
    milk
    and roll in crushed cereal mixture.
    Spray foil lined pan with Pam or corn oil and add chicken pieces in one layer.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake
    about
    15
    minutes more until chicken browns.
