Basic White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 5 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. quick-rise yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. very warm water (125~ to 130~)
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix 2 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add 1 1/2 cups warm water and oil.
    Stir until well blended.
    Stir in 1 1/2 cups more flour.
    Gradually add enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Turn dough onto lightly floured surface.
    Knead about 8 to 10 minutes.
    Spray with vegetable spray, cover and let rest 10 minutes.
