Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large heads broccoli, chopped and blanched 5 minutes
    5 oz. water chestnuts, sliced
    1 1/2 c. green olives, sliced (10 oz. jar)
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 c. mayo
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all vegetables in bowl.
    Mix sour cream and mayo together and top over vegetables.
