Spring Garden Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. whole wheat pasta
    1 1/2 lb. broccoli flowerets
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, quartered
    1 large red pepper, diced
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. creamy garlic Italian dressing
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling water in a large saucepan until tender, but firm.
    Drain.
    Rinse in cold water.
    Spray with Mazola nonstick cooking spray.
    Combine pasta and remaining ingredients except dressing in a medium size bowl.
    Pour dressing over salad. Toss and serve.
    Makes 8 servings.
