Chili-Ghette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 c. onions, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 1/2 c. (1 lb. 3 oz. can) tomatoes
    4 c. (two 1 lb. cans) chili with meat
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt butter and brown garlic, onions and ground beef.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add tomatoes and chili. Simmer about 45 minutes.
    Meanwhile, cook spaghetti and drain. Remove skillet from heat and stir in Cheddar cheese until melted. Fold in sour cream.
    Combine chili mixture and spaghetti, mixing well.
    Turn into 2-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with Parmesan cheese and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
