Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    6 slices bread, broken into pieces
    1 1/2 c. cheese, shredded
    4 oz. mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain and cool.
    Beat eggs and milk together. Add salt and beat again.
    Add bread and stir until it softens. Stir in cheese, mushrooms and sausage.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch glass pan and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
