Barbecued Brisket Or Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. beef brisket
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can barbecue sauce
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Put brisket in foil wrap in shallow pan. Cover meat with mushroom soup and sauce. Sprinkle top evenly with dry onion soup mix. Seal foil. Cook in 350\u00b0 oven 2 hours. Unwrap; slice against grain. Serve gravy over meat. Makes about 2 cups of gravy from this recipe. Serves 4 to 6.
