Caramel Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. miniature marshmallows
3 c. chopped apple (with peel on)
1 c. dry roasted peanuts
Preparation

Mix together pudding, topping and pineapple with juice until well blended.
Stir in apples, peanuts and marshmallows. Refrigerate.
