Egg Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Mix with flour.
    Drop this batter around the edge of a casserole.
    Cover tightly and let simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Don't pack!
    To add a hint of more color, stir 1 tablespoon minced parsley into the sifted dry ingredients or try cheese dumplings; stir in 1/4 cup grated cheese into sifted dry ingredients.
