Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    vegetable oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Beat egg in a bowl; add milk.
    Stir in dry ingredients until batter is like pancake batter.
    Heat oil about 1 inch deep (400\u00b0).
    Pour in hot grease in carefree design through a funnel.
    You decide the size of each cake.
