"Motley"(Hamburger Sausage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. cheap hamburger
    5 tsp. quick salt
    2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. smoked salt
    2 Tbsp. whole mustard seed
    2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Refrigerate 24 hours in airtight container.
    Take out of refrigerator, mix well again.
    Twenty-four hours later roll into 4 lengths.
    Bake on broiler pan 5 hours at 200\u00b0.
