Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can green peas, drained
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. sweet pickle, chopped
1/2 c. pimiento, chopped
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. mayonnaise
lettuce leaves
pimiento strips
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well and chill.
Serve on lettuce leaves; garnish salad with pimiento strips.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
