Pizza Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. Monterey or Gruyere cheese
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (12 to 16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    About 45 minutes before serving, cut part of cheese into 20 to 24 (1/2-inch) cubes.
    Shred the rest; set aside.
    In large bowl with fork, mix well all the ingredients except salad oil and spaghetti sauce.
    Shape some mixture around each cheese cube to make 1 1/2-inch balls.
