Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
6 oz. cream cheese, cut up
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Boil potatoes.
Drain, transfer to bowl.
Mash and add sour cream, cream cheese, margarine, salt and pepper.
Gradually beat in enough milk to make smooth and fluffy.
Turn into greased casserole.
Cover with foil.
Chill up to 24 hours.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0.
Dot with margarine.
Cook 45 to 55 minutes until heated through.
