Pork Chop Hawaiian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lean pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
8 oz. applesauce
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In a 10-inch skillet, brown chops slowly in hot shortening. Drain off drippings.
Mix applesauce and cinnamon.
Pour over chops.
Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes or until chops are tender.
