High Jump Ham Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. boiled ham, cut into thin strips
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. red bell pepper strips
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    3 whole wheat pita bread, cut in half
    2 c. spinach leaves
Preparation
    Mix ham, pineapple, cheese, bell pepper, mayonnaise and onion. Fill bread with spinach and ham mixture.
    Makes 6 sandwiches.
