Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    8 crushed soda crackers
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, onion, milk, egg and crackers; mix well. Place in a loaf pan and make a groove down the center of loaf. Combine in a bowl the catsup, water, mustard and brown sugar. Pour over meat; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
