Vanilla Cream Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt in pan.
    Set aside.
    Beat egg and add milk.
    Stir into cornstarch mixture.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens.
    Cook and stir one minute longer.
    Stir in margarine and vanilla.
    Chill before serving. Makes about 6 servings of 1/3 cup each.
