Rump Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. rump roast
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. beef broth
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Coat roast
    with
    mixture
    of
    flour,
    salt and pepper. Brown roast in
    12-inch
    Dutch
    oven with oil.
    Mix broth, bay leaves, garlic salt,
    marjoram
    and basil.\tPour over meat and bake 2 1/2 hours.
    You
    can
    remove meat when done and thicken juices with flour for gravy.
