Baked Seasoned Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Uncle Ben's rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    other seasoning to taste
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 stick butter or margarine (optional) *
Preparation
    Place rice, vegetables and seasonings in a casserole dish and mix thoroughly.
    Add broth and water; stir.
    Place dish in oven, uncovered.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
