All-In-One Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef (depends on fat content)
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/2 chopped green pepper (optional)
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can cream-style corn
    4 c. mashed potatoes
    1 can Durkee fried onion rings
Preparation
    Saute meat, onion and pepper.
    Drain off fat.
    Season to taste.
    Spread evenly in large casserole.
    Drain whole corn and spread over meat; likewise with cream-style corn, then the mashed potatoes.
    Top with the onion rings and heat in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve with salad.
