Spinach Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2 frozen boxes (10 oz.) chopped, thawed and drained spinach
Preparation

Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan, remove.
In large bowl beat eggs, add flour, milk, garlic salt and baking powder.
Mix well. Add cheese and spinach.
Pour in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and bubbly, 25 to 35 minutes.
Cool for 45 minutes.
