Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen spinach, cooked, chopped and drained
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 large onions, chopped fine
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    1/2 to 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Mix well and form into small balls.
    Place on cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Makes 70 balls. Freezes well.
