Hot Spiced Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans (16 oz. each) of a combination of: cling peaches, pineapple chunks, apricot halves, pear halves
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. curry
    3 Tbsp. butter, softened
Preparation
    Drain canned fruits.
    Cut peach halves in two pieces. Arrange fruits in a 2 qt. shallow casserole dish.
    Mix together sugar, cinnamon, molasses, ginger, curry and butter.
    Dot fruit with small dabs of topping.
    Heat fruit at 350\u00b0 for 35-45 minutes. Good with ham or chicken.
    Yield:
    6-8 servings.
