Apple Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can flaky biscuits
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 c. water
cooking apples
1 c. plain flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix all together and spread in 9 x 12-inch pan; use your hand to spread evenly.
Bake 15 minutes (or until browned some) at 350\u00b0.
Cool in refrigerator, then add filling.
