Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Eckrich smoked sausage
1 can light sauerkraut
1 can pizza crust
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation

Cut sausage into small pieces.
Saute onions and sausage for about 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse.
Add to sausage mixture.
Mix well.
Add cheese.
