Ingredients

1 small pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick margarine, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Break Oreos by hand.
Put 1/2 in bottom of dish.
Mix oleo, cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Mix pudding per package; fold in Cool Whip.
Combine both mixtures well; pour over cookies. Top with rest of broken Oreos.
