Oriental Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, diced chicken
    3 tart apples, cored and diced in 1/2-inch pieces
    1/2 c. sweet onion (1/2-inch pieces)
    1/4 c. soft butter
    1 tsp. curry
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 (No. 2) can chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. cooked fluffy rice
Preparation
    Put apples, onion and butter in saucepan; saute on low heat until onion is transparent and soft.
    Stir in curry, flour, milk and chicken broth.
    Cook on low until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
    Add salt, pepper and chicken.
    Cook 5 minutes longer or until chicken is heated through.
    Divide rice in 4 portions; top with curry mixture.
    Serves 4.
