Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can Durkees french fried onions (3 oz.)
    1 pkg. onion gravy mix
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. rice
    1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Blend in gravy mix, garlic salt, water, and uncooked rice.
    Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
    Stir in thawed peas. Continue to simmer until rice is tender.
    Stir in onions.
    Serve with soy sauce.
