Spinach Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread or pizza dough
1 small box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 medium onion
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Spread dough on lightly greased baking pan.
Saute onion in olive oil until golden brown.
Add chopped spinach and saute together until thoroughly mixed.
Spread on top of dough.
Roll tightly into a jelly roll shape.
Bake at 350\u00b0
until golden brown, approximately 30 minutes.
