Oven Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    2 c. onions, diced
    2 c. potatoes, quartered
    2 c. carrots, cut in chunks
    2 c. celery, cut large
    1 can sliced mushrooms (or use fresh)
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    5 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 c. V-8 juice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in order given in roaster or Dutch oven with tight fitting lid.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
