Chicken Pineapple Cheese Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears or fresh broccoli
    2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    8 oz. can pineapple rings, drained
    4 oz. pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli; pound chicken with mallet until 1/4-inch thick. Combine flour, salt and pepper and coat chicken with mixture. Saute in melted margarine, turning once until no longer pink. Place a pineapple ring on each chicken piece, top with a broccoli spear and a cheese slice.
    Cover and heat until cheese melts.
