Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

8 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 to 3 Tbsp. poppy seed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers (32 to 40 crackers)
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
Preparation

Place chicken pieces in a buttered 8 x 12 (2-quart) flat casserole dish.
Mix soup and sour cream; heat and pour over chicken. Mix poppy seed and crackers and place on top of chicken. Melt margarine or butter and pour over the top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly. DO NOT FREEZE.
