Mexican Bean Dip(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can refried beans (1 lb.)
8 oz. jar chunky salsa
16 oz. pkg. mixed low-fat cheese
1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
Preparation

Spray a 2-quart casserole with Pam.
Spread beans in bottom of dish.
Sprinkle half of cheese over beans.
Pour salsa over cheese, then sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool slightly and top with sour cream.
