Kari'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pie crust
2 large pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1 can topping (cherries, blueberries) or fresh strawberries

Preparation

Mix cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice, eggs and sugar.
When well mixed, pour into crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until top is lightly brown.
Put in fridge overnight; top with one of the fruits.
