Salmon Wiggle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 3/4 oz.) can red salmon
    milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 small can peas, drained
Preparation
    Drain liquid from canned salmon into measuring cup.
    Add enough milk to make 1 cup.
    Set aside.
    Remove skin from salmon; set aside.
