Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 to 30 peppers (1/2 sweet yellow banana and 1/2 hot red or green)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    5 medium onions
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Grind vegetables together and mix in remainder of ingredients. Cook on low heat 1 1/2 hours.
    Put in clean, hot, 1/2 pint jars. Seal.
    Hot water bath for 10 minutes.
